**ACCEPTANCE**
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of use is essential to use the luggage locker service. By accepting, you confirm that you have read these conditions and expressly and voluntarily agree to each and every provision, committing to comply with them.
SalamancaLockers reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time. The user will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of making the reservation.
SalamancaLockers reserves the right to admission to its facilities under certain circumstances.
**SERVICE FEATURES**
The service consists of providing temporary use of storage space in one or more lockers managed by the user and reserved exclusively through the website https://www.salamancalockers.es.
**SERVICE CONDITIONS**
**GENERAL ASPECTS**
The user, THE INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY THAT RESERVES ONE OR MORE LUGGAGE LOCKERS, agrees to a proper and lawful use of the lockers, complying with the law, these terms of use, morality, good customs, and public order.
Access to and use of the lockers are done under the user's sole responsibility. SalamancaLockers will not be responsible for the user's use or any resulting damages.
To access the service, the user must provide the personal data required by SalamancaLockers. The entity reserves the right to verify this information, considering providing incorrect data as an infringement.
SalamancaLockers may suspend, limit access, or deregister users who violate these conditions without being able to claim any damages.
**RESERVATION PROCESS**
Access to the lockers is subject to completing the reservation form at HTTPS://WWW.SALAMANCALOCKERS.ES.
The provided data must be accurate and truthful. The user is responsible for false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
Once the reservation is completed and the credit card payment is verified, the user will receive an email with access data to the facilities and locker opening, as well as payment details, which will serve as a receipt.
It is the user's responsibility to check the size and weight of the luggage before the reservation. No claims or refunds will be accepted if the luggage exceeds the lockers' maximum dimensions or weight.
**USAGE LIMITATIONS**
SalamancaLockers reserves the right to control the maximum number of lockers reserved per user.
The availability of lockers depends on the existing usage at any given time.
**FAILURE TO EMPTY OR LATE REMOVAL OF DEPOSITED ITEMS**
If the user does not empty the rented locker(s) before the expiration date, SalamancaLockers may access to remove the stored luggage and release the lockers. The entity will temporarily store the luggage and contact the user to manage the return, the cost of which will be borne by the user.
After 30 days from the end of the reservation without contact from the user, the items will be considered abandoned, exempting SalamancaLockers from any claims.
**LOCKER USAGE**
**THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT STORING ITEMS WORTH MORE THAN €300 IN TOTAL PER LOCKER, EXEMPTING SALAMANCALOCKERS FROM ALL LIABILITY FROM THIS AMOUNT ONWARD.**
The user must use the lockers diligently, closing the doors at the end of the usage period. Usage is limited to luggage storage during the reservation time.
Depositing hazardous substances in the lockers is prohibited, and the user is responsible for the consequences.
The user agrees not to engage in illicit or unlawful use of the lockers, being solely responsible for any damages caused.
During reservation and usage, the user must have a device with internet access to receive notifications about locker usage and other communications.
The user authorizes SalamancaLockers to open and inspect the deposited goods for security reasons.
The reservation holder can use the associated lockers at their discretion during the reservation period.
**USER ASSISTANCE**
The user has access to assistance services for platform usage and locker manipulation, available from 10:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday. Access is through WhatsApp at the phone: +34 621056916 or by email at: info@salamancalockers.com.
**RESPONSIBILITY**
**SALAMANCALOCKERS PROVIDES A SPACE RENTAL SERVICE IN LOCKERS, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTODY OF DEPOSITED GOODS, WITH THE USER ASSUMING ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK.**
SalamancaLockers IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT, LOSS, ROBBERY, MISPLACEMENT, OR ABANDONMENT OF GOODS THAT EXCEED €300 PER LOCKER, EVEN ARISING FROM THE CORRECT USE OF THE LOCKERS.
The user will be responsible for damages to the lockers attributable to their use. They must report any incidents to the assistance service.
The user will be liable for damages that their use, not covered in these conditions, causes to SalamancaLockers, indemnifying it for third-party claims.
SalamancaLockers is not responsible for issues related to the operation of lockers or the website in certain cases.
It will not be responsible for problems arising from misuse of the lockers, user non-compliance, or errors in internet connection.
**SALAMANCALOCKERS DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE INABILITY TO ACCESS THE LOCKERS OR THE DAMAGES DERIVED FROM IT.**
It is not responsible in cases of force majeure, understood as unforeseeable events beyond its control.
**RESOLUTION OF THE RESERVATION AND ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES**
SalamancaLockers can terminate or suspend access to the service of any user who violates the conditions. The user agrees not to attempt to use the service in case of termination.
If the user can no longer enjoy the service, they must leave the locker(s) empty. Otherwise, SalamancaLockers may destroy abandoned items, with the user waiving any claims.
**NOTIFICATIONS**
Communications and notifications must be made by email to info@salamancalockers.es or to the address C/ SAN PABLO 29 37008 SALAMANCA. SalamancaLockers will send notifications to the email provided in the reservation.
**APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION**
These conditions are governed by Spanish laws and legislation. SalamancaLockers and the user agree to resolve disputes before the Courts and Tribunals of Salamanca, waiving their own jurisdiction or competence
.
